Professional Development
Our Professional Development team works hard to improve and enhance the skills, knowledge, and expertise of the teachers and BOCES personnel who provide instruction and other supportive services to the students we serve. This entails providing instruction and consultation to the special education and general education staff in regards to services and programs such as Alpine Achievement System and Response to Intervention, as well as incorporation into education and identification of students with disabilities.
In addition to providing training for all staff, we also develop and maintain a working library of strategies and interventions available to our teachers and service providers.
