Deaf Education and Audiology Services

San Juan BOCES strives to provide equal access to education for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing through quality services that include: Teacher of Deaf, Educational Interpreting, and full Audiology services.

It is the goal of the Department to provide best fit practices for individual students that ensure the following:

maximum access to visual and auditory information as appropriate
social development
