Growing Together Family Day!

Growing Together to Create Positive Outcomes for Individuals with Disabilities
The Growing Together Family Day is a partnership of community agencies, educators and families to provide an opportunity for individuals with disabilities and their families to network, gather information on topics of interest, and learn about resources. The Family Day is also a recognition and celebration of individuals and their families as they work to enhance independence and inclusion for people with disabilities.

Informational and fun sessions for ALL, including:

• Workshops on guardianship, self-regulation, advocating and developing circles of support and more!
• Adaptive art, dance, drumming and fitness
• Adaptive equipment
• Guest Speaker Connor Long along with a screening of his film Learning to Drive

Lunch will be provided for those who are registered. Continuing education units (CEUs) will be provided.
