San Juan Basin Regional Science Fair
Registration for the 2023 fair has closed
This spring we will host the 65th annual science fair for 6-12th grade students across southwestern Colorado. The purpose of the fair is to: encourage student learning and exploration and to promote interest in math, science, engineering, and technology. We do this by:
- Fostering creativity and inspiring students to follow their interests and passions
- Promoting research knowledge, ability, effort, and achievement
- Encouraging strong mentoring relationships
- Emphasizing safety for all project designs
- Supporting student growth through an open evaluation process
- Providing an opportunity to our most promising students to advance in competition
