Team UP for Schools

Program Overview: This is an emergency program for AmeriCorps service to help students in Southwest Colorado. We know that due to the pandemic, many of our students experienced an impact to learning, social emotional skills and mental health. We have created Team UP for Schools to support our students in having a successful start to the next school year.

 

We are nine school districts, San Juan BOCES, United Way of Southwest Colorado, Serve Colorado (AmeriCorps), Colorado Department of Education, and several local nonprofits working together for our kids.
