YOUTH PROGRAM (YP)

    • Ages 15-21, in school, has a barrier to employment
    • Complete one (1) page referral-form
    • Sign releases of information

Pre-Employment Transition Services (PreETS)

Students receive: 
    • Career Exploration
    • Self-Advocacy Skills
    • Workplace Readiness
    • Post-secondary opportunities counseling
    • Work-based learning experiences (Paid & Unpaid)

VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION (VR) PROGRAM

Application

  •  Age 15-24 with a barrier to employment, in or out of school
  • SWAP to assist gathering and submitting paperwork to DVR (i.e., application, releases of information, photo ID, other forms as necessary)
  •  Activities that support determination of significance of services
