YOUTH PROGRAM (YP)
Application

- Ages 15-21, in school, has a barrier to employment
- Complete one (1) page referral-form
- Sign releases of information
Pre-Employment Transition Services (PreETS)
Students receive:

- Career Exploration
- Self-Advocacy Skills
- Workplace Readiness
- Post-secondary opportunities counseling
- Work-based learning experiences (Paid & Unpaid)
VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION (VR) PROGRAM
Application
- Age 15-24 with a barrier to employment, in or out of school
- SWAP to assist gathering and submitting paperwork to DVR (i.e., application, releases of information, photo ID, other forms as necessary)
- Activities that support determination of significance of services
