hi also today in enriched I'm going to show you how to create Service Groups these are your groups of students that you'll be servicing at one time so let's get started for someone else I agree to maintain that confidentiality and I'm going to scroll down so I'm going to go here where it says Services I'm not looking at students Individual Services right now I'm looking manage group services so this is for when you have more than one student in a group that you are providing services for such as a group of small speech-language group a reading group reading group what have you this is where you will manage that group so as you can see right now I do not have any service groups created so I'm going to create a group and I'm going to label this as my math group now I have a group and I need to click View I'm going to a dentrix right now there's no entries available and the service provided would be selected from here now remember we're in the summer session so I'm not actually assigned to any educational services specifically at this time but this is where you would select man cslp whatever you have for your service from that drop down box and then you're going to select the location as well as the time of your service so let's say I provided this rest at 9 a.m. for 45 minutes so 9:45 and we want to say a.m. not 12:45 sometimes and Rich likes to mess with you so you can also scroll through there and it will give you direct 45 minutes unless say it was still on 12 I need to go in and I have 45 minutes yeah I know so 45 minutes and I'm going to have to change the time to do that now it will auto-populate the type of weather direct for 45 minutes and 0 minutes indirect now I'm going to start adding my student so it's going to add a few different students to this group I'm going to add all of my students first and then do the service is so I'm going to select my students unless they this is a small group of three students and done all right so I have my students and as you can see all three of them their service log is right here I'm going to say that this student was missed the session due to being absent which happens for this student I'm going to say that we worked on progress are you 2% accuracy and goal one once you do it will allow you to copy the goal nuts to all students copy the treatment. And now you can see this was added is added to all students what we did check off at the student was absent so I like to add some more information and then progress progress you're probably not going to copy to all soon so that you have the option to because to me this is really that data point he's that you need and that will be different for students are less a Christian was absent no progress but this soon going to the progress page I'm sorry has 65% accuracy and we worked on maskell and then you would click save and remember because we're in the summer session I can't actually save this but it will populate to present students one absent students and the notes for all of them and it just it's super easy to go in and add those students to that group close you can always rename this group defense 30 G 10:30 group are master of your sop group sixth grade Group whatever it is depending on how your services delivered but that allows you to do it so let's say I'm going to add another entry and I have a few different students so let's see I'm just going to add the students I've been using but for you it will probably be different throughout the day but this is a quick way in order to report on all of your students in that group at the same time rather than going through let's say is the groups that you made back here on the homepage and finding each individual student and then adding it to each individual service log it's just a faster way to write up all those notes and make sure that you have the full service log so instead of going to care I just go to math or Transportation lost and need to add to the transportation lock today I don't because we're in the summer session so I'm going to go back and I'm going to click on her math group again and quick add those students and I clicked on the wrong one again I'm just going to sleep back in math add entry I was black the service that I provide the location and then add my students total start opening up a log there we go check the box next to the student's name and next I've got my three students you can have more if you're doing a class you'll probably have a lot more students if you're doing small groups you'll just have a few and if you're doing Individual Services you can either do it this way and add just one student or go to the service live like I was showed you in a previous video you can type of all your information talked about progress goals and then save it but again this is summer session so I'm just going close and that is how we write those service logs for the delivery groups and the other cool thing about this is once you have that information you can polar report without information on it you can also find the student service log entries rate in the students program page on in marriage or you can lock like this and pull them up here later but that is how we keep track of what services we provided for each of the groups that were service thing now let's say I no longer have this mask group I would just go to the service delivery route from the homepage again scroll down click on the group that I want I wanted to show you how to delete the group not rename it so let me do that now if you delete the group it doesn't delete your service logs it just removes the group from your quick access but those logs still go on the students records and in so I'm going to remove the group are you sure yes and now I have no group so I'm going to create a group again and this time let's say I'm providing reading services I'm going to go View add entry and select the students that I want for that group give me a sentence using the same students so that I don't have to open up our case 2 go through this so I am looking for let's say I'm looking for the student add his information they are Frogger 32 wpm 46 wpm 22 wpm so that you have the progress or the reading rate and then reading fluency School you can do it with just one student or you can add other students as well and let's say I'm going to add this student I want to copy the treatment notes to All student enter the individual progress for the student and identify the goal that I worked on if it's the same like gold you can just copy no stall students and it will change it remember to select the service delivery which will come with a drop-down box once you are able to be assigned Educational Services select your location make sure that the time is set correctly so if you only Services student for 30 minutes we want to make sure that the 30 minutes is reflected and Rich doesn't like to are 30 minutes or flaccid and let's say I did that in the community today or in the general education classroom what have you save and they service dogs will go to those students and that's how you create the service delivery group all right Tim well that is it for today for my tips and tricks on how to make Service Groups for students all right so if you need to review this video again go ahead do so as much as you need again in which is a great system once you're used to it but it can take a little while to get there and even still sometimes it can be a little finicky so go through the steps follow along with the video to practice the skills and before you know it you'll be able to be an enriched Wiz and fully keep track of your entire service Service Group and all of your IEP related needs while working and then Rich so I hope this video was helpful as well as the others and you have a great one guy
