BOCES Scholarship
To complete this application you will need the following:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Name of the High School you attend or attended
- Your disability category from your IEP
- Name of the program/school you have been accepted to.
- A short description of the program/school you have been accepted to
- Evidence such as pictures, a written statement, a slideshow, a video, voice recordings or anything you would like to create. Your evidence should answer two questions. 1) What about this program/school makes you feel excited to take on the hard work of pursuing more education? 2) What unique skills and abilities do you bring to the program/school you are going to?
